Easy Booking: Arrange your inspection online or by phone, and we’ll send you a Pre‑Engagement Agreement as per standards.
Thorough Inspection: We inspect every part of your property—roof, sub-floor, plumbing, structure, exterior, decking, and more—inside and out, often going beyond the surface with infrared cameras and moisture meters.
Timely Reporting: On the same day of your building inspection, you’ll receive a detailed written report complete with photos, clear explanations, and recommendations.
Post‑Inspection Support: After reviewing your report, we’ll follow up with you to discuss findings, answer any questions, and advise on further investigations or repairs if needed.
We follow Australian Standard AS 4349.1 for building inspections, ensuring reliability and industry compliance.
